COVID-19 POLICY

As COVID-19 cases continue, we are taking precautions at the Institute of Beauty, Wellness, &Regenerative Medicine to keep us all safer, so we can continue to offer patient care.

Please read all information.

VACCINATED PATIENTS:

After 2 weeks of being fully vaccinated, you will no longer be required to wear a mask or need to show negative COVID test results. Please email proof of vaccination to reese@withdrnicole.com or text 918-939-8339. We will maintain a record of vaccinations so you will only need to send proof once.

UNVACCINATED PATIENTS:

All un-vaccinated patients, regardless of appointment type, must wear a Kn95 or N95 mask at their appointment. If you do not have one, we will provide one for a $3 fee. This includes patients entering to pick up products. Every person who enters the office must comply.

Your mask must remain over your mouth and nose throughout your visit.

IF you are having a treatment in which your mask will need to be removed, you are required to show a negative test for COVID-19 within 3 days of your appointment.

The negative test must be sent to us via email (reese@withdrnicole.com) or text (918-939-8339) prior to your appointment.
